Shipping is FREE on most orders of $350.00 or more. The exceptions are: $10.00 COD fee if applicable. Bulk items which include: salt, gravel and items too large to be sent FedEx. These items are given a 50% freight allowance when purchased at 200lb levels. $1200 orders of these items may be shipped freight free depending on a freight quotation. Charges can be discussed with your sales rep. In addition, frozen food and dry ice require special shipping. Charges can be discussed with your sales rep.
We also offer a number of drop shipment programs for bulk Items like Salt by Marine Enterprises and CaribSea. These offer great pricing and reduced or free shipping.
We accept MasterCard, Discover, or Visa which eliminates any COD charges. Charge cards will not be processed or billed until the products are shipped. All custom orders require a 50% deposit prior to fabrication, with the remaining payment due upon receipt. After the initial order, orders may be sent COD with approved credit references.
Should you receive damaged merchandise, do not throw away packaging. Please contact Aquarium Life Support Systems immediately, and file a claim with the shipper. All filters are inspected prior to shipment and are packed according to FedEx shipping recommendations.
All returned merchandise must have been purchased within the last 15 days and first have a Merchandise Return Form. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee and there is no refund available on packaging and shipping charges. Products must be insured and arrive in original, selling condition. We do not accept returns beyond 15 days unless the merchandise is covered under warranty. Accounts will be credited - no cash refunds. Some manufacturers require warranty claims be filed with them.
