Product Name: Super Koi Sock Net 9ft Handle - 11" Diameter 42" Deep
Category: Nets & Netting
Subcategory:
Manufacturer: Aquarium Life Support Systems
Super sock nets are designed to safely move koi or goldfish or to catch sick fish. The Monorail hoop prevents net abrasion from rocks, sand, or tank edges.

The handles are 9" diamond-embossed aluminum with foam grips. Netting is black Micro-Mesh with an open bottom.

Sock nets have relatively short handles. They're intended for manipulating the Koi. Normally one would catch up the koi with a nice, long handled open-mesh Nycon net and then transfer the fish into a floating plastic bowl. The Koi Sock is then used to catch the fish from the bowl to be carried to another vessel. Once there, you let loose of the open end and the fish swims forward out of the end of the net. The second most common use of the Koi Sock is to inject fish with antibiotics right through the soft stocking mesh!
