Introducing the Darwin's Glow Fairy Wrasse, entering the hobby for the first time in October of 2016. This beautiful wrasse is classified in the genus of Cirrhilabrus. Just like many other species in this genus it has vivid coloring, is reef safe, disease resistant, and quite peaceful. However, unlike it's relatives this wrasse will glow under actinic lights. It is like a natural occuring Glo-Fish®. Why these fish do this is unknown. They readily take frozen foods like Formula One or Formula Two by ocean nutrition. They are a reef species, and need similar water quality. A good basis for making this is a high quality salt like Aqua Life's One Sea Salt, and a Reefractometer to check the specific gravity. These fish are now available for order.
