The Yellow Coris Wrasse is a vibrant, active, and alert saltwater fish. They require very clean and highly oxygenated water, which makes them a great reef fish. They are primarily carnivorous, this includes parasites that can damage your corals. They eat flatworms, bristlesworms, nudibranchs and other pests. They burrow regularly so don't be alarmed if you can't find them for a while. They prefer 8.2-8.4 PH, 1.023-1.025 Salinity, and decent flow. Compatibal with most all other fish besides some other wrases. The yellow coris can grow to five inches. A lid is rocommended for these fish, just for their chances of jumping out. It is possible that they would try to eat snails. This is uncommon, but possible.
